<p>              Are you seeking answers to what are the best fat burning exercises?  If you are like many people you may be confused as to which exercises burn fat more effectively.  After all there are many different articles and experts that have different answers or secrets to burn fat.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Some will tell you the low to moderate aerobic exercises are the best fat burning exercises while others believe it is the high impact aerobics that burn fat best.  And then there are those who will tell you strength training is best for burning fat.  So with all these experts giving different advice, how can you determine what?s the best for you.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
The truth is all these experts are correct.  Both strength training and aerobics, at any level, will help you burn excess body fat.  Aerobic exercises are the most effective at burning calories and fat while performing the exercise while strength training gives you the benefit of increasing your metabolism.  With a higher basal metabolic rate, you will be burning more calories each day while doing every day activities including sleeping.  </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
So if all these methods help shed fat, why is it important to know the best fat burning exercise?  Well if you are trying to maximize your fat burn then you need to understand how each exercise will help so that you can pick the most effective workout routine.  </p>
<p><b>Strength Training</b></p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Strength training exercises are those exercises that challenge your muscles through resistance.  The higher the resistance the more challenge the exercise will be.  Although strength training itself is not a high calorie or fat burning exercise, it does help tone and strengthen your muscles and increases your lean muscle mass.  The more lean muscle mass you have the more calories you burn due to an increased metabolic rate.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Weight lifting offers the most versatility for adjusting the resistance.  You can continually increase the weight and challenge to your muscles.  However not everyone has access to weight lifting equipment nor do they necessarily need to perform weight lifting to increase their muscle mass.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Resistance band exercises and dumbbell exercises are a great alternative to weight lifting.  With resistance bands, you can easily adjust the resistance to your muscles by shortening the band for higher resistance or loosening for lighter resistance.  They are fairly inexpensive and easy to travel with so they make a great on the go exercise.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Dumbbell exercises also are fairly inexpensive and easy to store.  You can buy several sizes so that you use heavier weights for higher resistance and lighter weights for less resistance.  You can also do body weight exercises where you are just using your body and gravity to provide the resistance.  The bottom line is that any strength training exercise that helps you build lean muscles will help you burn fat.</p>
<p><b>Aerobic Exercises</b></p>
<p>&#13;<br />
It is aerobic exercises where there is the most debate as to which exercise is best to burn fat; low to moderate intense level or high intense level aerobics.  With the low to moderate intense aerobic workouts your body uses approximately 60% of fat for fuel.  However, the low to moderate level aerobics also burn fewer calories overall as compared to high impact aerobics.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
The high impact aerobics will give you a higher calorie burn overall but only use about 35% of fat for fuel.  Hence the reason for the debate and confusion as to which is the best fat burning exercise routine.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
To best understand the difference between the two types of aerobics, let?s use an example.  For instance, if a man weighing 175 pounds took a brisk walk at 4 mph for 30 minutes, a low to moderate level aerobic exercise, he would have burned approximately 158 calories.  If 60% was fat, he would have burned about 95 fat calories.  </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Now if this same man jogged or ran for 30 minutes at 6 mph, a high impact aerobic exercise, he would have burned about 420 calories with 147 of these calories coming from fat; or 35% of total calories burned.  So you can see he had the highest total calories and fat calories with the high impact aerobic workout.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Unfortunately not everyone is at a level in their exercise routines to be able to keep up this fast pace for this amount of time.  So let?s assume that this man ran for only 20 minutes instead of the full 30 minutes.  In this case he would only burn 280 calories total and 98 fat calories.  Even with the shorter duration of the high impact aerobics he was able to burn more calories as well as a few more fat calories.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Again this is a high impact level and if you are not in a position to run at this pace for even a few minutes, then your best fat burning exercise will be a low to moderate level aerobics.  To increase both the total calories burned and the fat calories try increasing the duration of your low to moderate aerobic workout.   </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
As you begin to adjust to your aerobic workouts, try increasing the speed as well.  Mix up your aerobic exercises by doing low to moderate level with spurts of high impact aerobics.  This high impact interval training exercise will give you the benefit of both low to moderate to high impact aerobics calories and fat burn.  So make the most out of your fat burning exercises. </p>

<p>I normally come across these kinds of questions at times. If you are able to select from varieties of exercises, then you can be able to get rid of mind tediousness and physical triteness, and you will be able to keep your body exercising on and on. Such exercises maintain steady progression, keep you safe from excess of it, and make you willing to perform your daily routine.</p>
<p>After understanding the facts, I will tell you the most desired and effective exercises for losing body fat. I am going to discuss it with you, and also one of the weight loss workouts which stand out when it comes to fast fat burning exercise. The exercise I am talking about is very efficient and the best part is that it doesn’t require any equipment and you can do it anyplace you wish even at home. <p>1. Standstill in a shoulder width posture. Crouch down, or rather squat down, and place your two hands on the floor opposite your feet.<br />2. Move your chest off the floor and also at the same time; force your legs to the squat position while your two hands are still on the ground.<br />4. Do as much intensified advanced burpee at the space of 5 minutes. When you are done with the five minutes, note the amount of reps you were able to do. Whenever you are to redo it, try to do more than the amount of reps you did when you finished your first workout.</p>

<p>Where the exercises below require weights, choose the appropriate weight for you that is enough of a challenge to give you a hard workout.</p>
<h3>CrossFit Workout Example 1</h3>
<p>This first example of a CrossFit workout, focuses on power, agility, accuracy and strength. The workout should last for 25 minutes in total, repeating the required number of repetitions over and over until your 25 minutes is up. Make sure you keep good form and posture throughout.</p>
<ul>
<li>8 reps of Clean and jerk</li>
<li>10 x Burpees</li>
<li>12 reps of Kettlebell swing</li>

The idea is to perform as many repetitions as you can at each station within 1 minute then immediately move on to the next station. Again, ensure you keep good form in all these exercises. Repeat each round 5 times with a 1 minute rest between each one.</p>

<p>The aim of a CrossFit workout is to test the three metabolic pathways of the body:</p>
<ol>
<li>Phosphagen &#8211; short bursts of high-powered exercises lasting about 10 seconds</li>
<li>Glycolytic &#8211; moderate-powered exercises lasting about 3 minutes</li>
<li>Oxidative &#8211; low-powered exercises lasting more than a few minutes</li>
</ol>
<p>CrossFit workouts can be competitive, where the individual is timed in the various activities, and the winner has the fastest time. However, not everyone uses these workouts in a competitive nature. Some people choose to use the timings as a guideline and just simply enjoy the variety of exercises.</p>
<p>A CrossFit gym will have very little equipment compared to some of the bigger gyms. Often you will find free weights, rowing machines, and skipping ropes, in a fairly basic set up. </p>

Although regular exercise does have lots of health benefits, such as reducing the overall risk of diseases such as heart disease and cancers, the effectiveness of fat burning weight loss is far less. </p>
<p>When it comes to burning energy, our bodies are extremely efficient, however, even if it may feel like you’re burning up lots of energy when you’re exercising, you are in fact burning much less than you think. As an example, to burn off a 100g bowl of rice you need to perform 35 minutes on a rowing machine! Hardly seems fair.</p>

<p>While exercise is extremely important, a proper nutrition plan that is supported by appropriately, timed exercise is the key to weight loss and reducing overall body fat.</p>
<p>By appropriately timed exercise, we mean being aware of what you are eating prior to and after exercising. As a general guideline, if you are wanting to lose body fat, it is preferable not to eat carbohydrates two hours before performing your fat burning exercises and to wait at no more than one hour after.</p>
<p>Following simple guidelines such as these will greatly help you to achieve your fat burning weight loss goals.</p>

You&#8217;re always looking for ways on how to lose weight fast, but at this time you should take special care. Your cortisol levels are breaking down muscle and your muscle&#8217;s glycogen level has been exhausted.</p>
<p>The need you have is for easily digestible food that you can eat after your workout. This will help put you into an anabolic state from the catabolic state that resulted from your workout. The carbohydrates will restore your muscles&#8217; glycogen and the protein will help supply amino acids to repair your muscle.</p>
<p>The amino acids and carbohydrates from your meal will result an in influx of insulin which triggers a release of nutrients from your pancreas to your muscle cells. The meal after your workout should be from 300-500 calories to be effective. This depends on weight of course. The meal should contain a carbohydrate-protein ration of 2:1 to 4:1.</p>
<p>Since fat will slow down digestion, you should keep it minimal in this meal. The most important thing to realize is that you don&#8217;t need any of the advertised after workout supplements: natural food is better.</p>
<p>Get a good source of carbohydrates that are easy to digest such as raisins, honey, frozen bananas, or pineapple. This will generate the insulin response that I just mentioned.</p>
<p>For the protein you need, try some yogurt with some non-denatured whey isolate.</p>
<p>Be sure to keep following my advice on <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com" target='_blank'>how to lose weight fast</a>. Here are a couple ideas for a smoothie that is great for recovery after working out:</p>
<h3>Banana Chocolate Smoothie</h3>
<p>Mix up 1 large banana with a cup of water and a &frac12; cup of skim milk. Also put in chocolate whey protein (30 grams) and two tablespoons of organic maple syrup. This solution will give you half a gram of fat, protein: 38 grams, carbohydrates: 72 grams, for a total of 440 calories.</p>
<h3>Pineapple Vanilla Smoothie</h3>
<p>Mix together a cup of water, vanilla yogurt (&frac12; cup), frozen pineapples (1 cup), raw honey (2 tablespoons), and vanilla whey protein (30 grams). This gives you 38 grams of protein, &frac12; a gram of fat, 71 grams of carbohydrates, and 425 calories.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re trying to reduce body fat, you must have post workout eating habits that are the reverse of the rest of your meals. Meals during the day should have low glycemic carbohydrates, proteins that are disbursed slowly, and sufficient healthy fats, unlike your meal following your workout.</p>
<p>By paying attention to your post workout meal, you have a great strategy that helps you build that lean, muscular body you&#8217;ve always wanted. One final thought: you can satisfy your sweet tooth after your workout since the sugar will go to your muscles, not to your gut&#8230;. cherish it!</p>
