If you’re looking for some exercises to burn fat, try introducing supersets to your weight training. A superset is when you do one set of exercises then immediately follow it with another set.
The reason these are excellent fat burning exercises, is that there is less resting time. Although you would rest in between each pair of supersets, there is no rest time in between the exercises in the superset itself. This is also great if you have limited time to workout.
There are various styles of doing supersets including using the same muscle groups. For example, you could do one set of dumbbell chest press, immediately followed by one set of dumbbell flies.
You can also use opposing muscle groups such as a set of bicep curls followed by a set of tricep dips.
Another variation of a superset is to use completely different muscles groups. As example would be a set of leg squats followed by a set of dumbbell rows.
A good routine to follow is to repeat each superset three times, resting one minute between each then move on to the next superset.
The amount of reps you do can vary, depending on how heavy the weight is. You can start with 8-10 reps then increase this to 12-15 reps once it gets easier. Once you can easily do 15 reps, increase the weight and start again at 8-10 reps. Any exercises to burn fat require you to keep challenging yourself.
