			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Getting yourself into a regular fat burning program can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. If you&#8217;re like many people, you have all good intentions of getting to the gym on a regular basis but somehow it never quite works out. </p>
<p>It can be too easy to let other things take priority over your fat burning program and before you know it, you haven&#8217;t exercised for almost a week. This can happen to the best of us but here&#8217;s a few tips that can put you on the right path:</p>

<ul>
<li>Schedule your workouts into your diary for the forthcoming week on a Sunday afternoon and stick with it. Treat this like any other appointment or meeting and don&#8217;t let yourself down by not turning up!</li>
<li>Set yourself goals so you have something to work towards. When your alarm goes off in the morning for your early morning jog or gym session, remember the goal you&#8217;re striving for and how important it is to you.</li>
<li>Find a workout buddy and plan your weekly sessions together. This doesn&#8217;t have to be for every workout but even a couple of times a week can help. If you plan to meet up with someone, you&#8217;re much more likely to turn up.</li>
<li>Do your fat burning programs at the same time every day so you get yourself into a proper routine. Once this becomes a habit you&#8217;ll find it much easier to stick to it every day.</li>
<li>Try some different weight training exercises. It&#8217;s easy to get bored with the same old routine.  Either book a personal trainer to do you a new program or do some research on the internet. There&#8217;s plenty of resources out there such as <a href="http://www.myfatburningexercises.com/turbulencetraining">Turbulence Training</a>, <a href="http://www.myfatburningexercises.com/truthaboutabs">Truth About Abs</a>, or <a href="http://www.myfatburningexercises.com/fat-burning-furnace">Fat Burning Furnace</a>, just to name a few.</li>
