These fat burning tips are ideas to maximize your regular training routines. Apply one or more of these to help you achieve your desired goals:

  • keep your workouts short and intense from half an hour to no more than one hour
  • when weight training, choose exercises that use the larger muscles in your body such as quadriceps and glutes
  • incorporate interval training into your workouts
  • use dumbbells instead of weight machines in the gym
  • do a proper warm up and cool down whenever you exercise
  • do your abdominal exercises at the end of your weight training workout
  • train at least 4 days every week
  • focus more on weight training than cardio if you want to burn fat
