Here are some great tips to help with burning fat calories permanently, successfully and safely. These common sense suggestions are something you can incorporate into your daily life and adopt as your new, good habits. They may initially require some discipline on your part but the results are well worth it.
- Increase your regular exercise to a minimum of 30 minutes a day, six days a week.
- Keep a food diary for one week. Take this with you everywhere so you can jot everything down as it happens rather than trying to remember everything at the end of the day or the following day. By the end of the week you should start to see a pattern as to when and where you may be eating more or eating less healthy foods. You don’t need to show anyone else but do be honest with yourself as you may be quite surprised what you are actually packing away each day!
- Eat fresh foods wherever possible and avoid processed and fast foods. The recommended daily intake of fresh fruits and vegetables is five portions, stick with this as closely as you can.

- Drink plenty of water and cut down on soft drinks, coffee and tea. It’s recommended to drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
- Avoiding eating when you are stressed or bored. Emotional eating can be quite a problem and can easily lead to overeating and not choosing the most healthiest of foods. Find another activity to take your mind off it such as going out for a walk, going to a yoga class, or getting a massage.
