			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Listed below are some great fat burning foods recipes for those in between times, when you don&#8217;t need a meal sized portion, just a healthy snack to keep you going.</p>
<h3>Fruit and nut mix</h3>
<ul>
<li>3 strawberries, washed and chopped</li>
<li>10 blueberries</li>
<li>1 Tbsp sunflower seeds</li>
<li>1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds</li>
<li>10 almonds</li>
<li>2 Tbsp low fat ricotta</li>
<li>2 Tbsp low fat yoghurt</li>
</ul>
<p>Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.</p>

<h3>Green Berry Smoothie</h3>
<ul>
<li>1 cup berries (choose one or a mixture of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or blackberries)</li>
<li>2 cups low fat or soy milk</li>
<li>2 Tbsp powdered spirulina</li>
<li>1 Tbsp low fat yoghurt</li>
</ul>
<p>Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well.</p>
<h3>Creamy apples</h3>
<ul>
<li>1 apple, grated</li>
<li>2 cups low fat cottage cheese</li>
<li>1 Tbsp LSA</li>
</ul>
<p>Mix all ingredients for a speedy and nutritional snack.</p>
<h3>Tuna delight</h3>
<ul>
<li>95 g tinned tuna</li>
<li>2 Tbsp low fat ricotta</li>
<li>1 stick celery, chopped</li>
<li>1 Tbsp sunflower seeds</li>
</ul>
<p>Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.</p>
<h3>Egg mayonnaise</h3>
<ul>
<li>2 eggs, hard boiled</li>
<li>1 Tbsp low fat mayonnaise</li>
<li>1 Tbsp parsley, chopped</li>
<li>1 Tbsp chives, chopped</li>
<li>Ground pepper</li>
</ul>
<p>Chop the boiled eggs and mix in a bowl with the mayonnaise, herbs and ground pepper to taste. You can have this on it&#8217;s own or make a sandwich using rye bread.</p>
