If you want to shed those extra pounds or kilos, try some fat flush foods and do a simple detox. A detox is a great way to clean your body of toxins that can so easily build up over time. Even if you have a relatively healthy diet, there are also things like coffee, alcohol, or dairy that can sneak into your daily diet. After some time these can build up and not be eliminated effectively.

By adding a few fat flush foods to your diet for about week you can eliminate such toxins from your body. This will speed up your metabolism, giving you more energy as well as overall vitality and a sense of well-being.

So what are the best fat flush foods? Try to go organic where possible and consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. You can also include organic chicken, fresh fish, organic nuts and seeds, and organic eggs. Drink herbal teas and plenty of water. Avoid processed foods, red meat, caffeine, alcohol and dairy foods such as milk, cheese, butter, etc.

You certainly don’t need to starve yourself by doing a detox, just eat sensibly and choose the above suggested fat flush foods. Do this for 5-7 days and you’ll feel wonderful at the end of it plus you should shed a bit of extra weight.
