<p>Losing weight can frustrating enough so to make sure any weight loss efforts are permanent, be patient and take things slowly. The key to maintaining weight loss, is to ensure that, over time, your body burns more energy through your daily exercise, than the energy you gain from the foods you eat. So keep this in mind, rather than focusing on specific foods for weight loss.</p>
<p>Reduce your food intake slowly over time while increasing your exercise routine at the same time. The best fat burning exercises you can do are cardiovascular activities such as running, cycling or swimming. Weight training is also very effective because, along with cardiovascular exercises, you will increase your lean muscle tissues and enhance your metabolic rate.</p>
