			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the previous post on &#8216;How to Lose Belly Fat&#8217;, we discussed the reason core strength training is so important. This post in the &#8216;How to Lose Belly Fat&#8217; series will focus on some specific exercises you can perform. </p>
<p>It&#8217;s important to include a variety of exercises to target the core muscles due to the fact that there are many muscles that make up the core area.</p>
<p>The workout below covers all of the important core muscles as well as providing an excellent all over body workout:</p>

<p>Perform two sets of 10-12 repetitions for each exercise, twice a week with at least two days rest in between. Focus on the quality of each exercise using good technique and form. You should see some good results within a few weeks and a reduction of belly fat as well as better posture, strength and stability.</p>
