Fast And Effective Leg Toning Exercises
With summer just around the corner, your burning question may be “what are the best leg toning exercises?” Me too. As a an AFFA certified personal trainer, I recently discovered what in my opinion is the fastest and most effective leg toning exercises.
It is almost time to pull out those shorts and bathing suits. You may be ready, but are your legs? I am a busy stay at home mom of 3 young sons. As I said earlier, I am also a personal trainer, so I am constantly exposed to the newest and best leg toning exercises. However, let me share with you what in my opinion, is the very best, fastest, and most effective leg toning exercises. I found this plan, called 7 minute muscle, while at a convention with other personal trainers. The program teaches techniques of leg toning, as well as full body toning. I was leery at first. I mean 7 minutes a day to tone your entire body. Up until that point, I had been spending a least an hour 5 days a week on strength training.

Let me go back and explain why strength training and leg toning exercises are even important to begin with. Strength training builds what is called lean muscle. The more lean muscle you have, the higher your metooblism will be. The higher your metabolism, the more calories your body burns, even at rest. So obviously that allows you to eat more without gaining weight. Pretty cool huh. Cardio should be a part of your regular workout because it is good for you in general, but it does not sculpt muscles like leg toning exercises or strength training in does.
7 minute muscle gave me the knowledge and tools I needed to get my leg toning exercises done fast and easy. I was able to quickly tone my body up for the summer and I know this is a plan I can stick with.
