  • Two minute warm up
  • Five minute power walk
  • One minute high gradient power walk – this should be hard
  • One minute rest
  • One minute super fast walk on flat – this should be hard
  • One minute rest
  • One minute high gradient power walk – this should be hard
  • One minute rest
  • One minute super fast walk on flat – this should be hard
  • One minute rest
  • Five minute power walk
